    We view many properties and evaluate each one to determine whether the property fits with your property investment criteria

    We negotiate to ensure the best price is achieved for you

    We present the property investment opportunity to you with all necessary details

    When you are satisfied with the property presented, you agree to purchase

  • Stage Three

    Once you agree to purchase the property we inform your solicitor of the details

    We will help you navigate the conveyancing process

    We signpost you to our trusted financial partners and inform them of the details of the property

    Once the property conveyancing process has concluded, we can complete any refurbishments required

  • Stage Four

    Once the refurbishment is complete we will work with a letting agent to get a suitable tenant in place

    The property is then signed off from us and handed over to the lettings management company
